This week, we’re celebrating Taylor and the incredibly important role she plays on our surgical team.

While her roots are in surgical technology, her role in our OR extends far beyond the traditional surgical tech role. As our Surgical Assistant, Taylor works alongside me throughout every procedure, anticipating each step, assisting throughout the operation, and helping everything run seamlessly from start to finish.

She knows our procedures inside and out and has become an invaluable part of how we operate. Great surgery is never the work of one person, and I’m incredibly grateful to have Taylor by my side in the OR.
