Chronic neck pain that keeps coming back?
It may not be as simple as tight traps or poor posture.

Adhesion around the cervical nerve roots near the scalenes can restrict normal nerve mobility and may contribute to neck pain, stiffness, limited rotation, shoulder or arm symptoms, and symptoms that continue to return.

So if you keep stretching, massaging, or cracking your neck without lasting relief, you may be missing the restriction contributing to the problem.

With ARM, I look for specific areas of adhesion and test how they affect movement and symptoms rather than simply chasing where the pain is felt.

If your pain has lasted 6 months or longer and you've already seen 3 or more providers without lasting relief, you may be a candidate for ARM.

Low back pain doesn’t always come from the muscles.

Adhesion along the lumbar joint capsules can restrict normal movement between the spinal segments and contribute to deep, stubborn pain, stiffness, and that “locked up” feeling.

When stretching and strengthening aren’t giving you lasting relief, it may be worth looking at the tissues around the joint.

I use ARM to assess and address adhesion based on your specific symptoms and movement patterns.

That pain beside your low back may not be your back.
The superior cluneal nerves can become restricted by adhesion, contributing to pain, burning, tingling or hypersensitivity near the low back, hip or upper buttock.
Sometimes the source is a lot more specific than “low back pain.”

That chronic knot between your shoulder blades that keeps coming back?

You work on the tension, it feels better… and then it comes right back.

What if I told you the knot may actually be a symptom of the problem?

Tension through the levator scapulae can be associated with restriction along the spinal accessory nerve.

When adhesion restricts the spinal accessory nerve, it can contribute to the tension and recurring knot you feel through the upper back and shoulder.

So if you keep treating the knot but it keeps coming back, maybe it’s time to look at what’s underneath it.

The sciatic nerve runs down the back of the thigh alongside the hamstrings.

When adhesion forms around the nerve, it can restrict normal movement and contribute to:

Pain shooting down the leg
Hamstrings that never seem to loosen
Pulling behind the thigh or knee
Numbness or tingling into the calf or foot

So even if you keep treating your low back, you may be missing the restriction farther down the nerve.

We identify where the sciatic nerve is restricted around the hamstrings, remove the adhesion, and help restore normal nerve movement.

STOP STRETCHING THAT KNOT IN YOUR MID-BACK
If you’ve been dealing with the same stubborn spot between your shoulder blades, there may be more going on than a tight muscle.
An adhesion in the thoracic erectors can restrict how the tissue moves, which can keep that area feeling tight, painful, or stuck.
And if you’ve been stretching, rolling, or treating the area over and over with no lasting change, it may be time to look at what’s actually restricting the movement.
That’s where I look differently.
Pain for 6+ months?

Hi, I’m Autumn.
I’m the owner of Idaho Pain and Adhesion Therapy in Meridian, where I specialize in Adhesion Release Method, or ARM therapy.
I work with people who have been dealing with chronic pain, nerve-related symptoms, old injuries, and movement restrictions, especially those who have tried multiple approaches without finding lasting relief.
ARM is a highly specialized approach that focuses on identifying and addressing adhesions that may be affecting nerves, muscles, and joints.
I trained in ARM in Denville, New Jersey, and I’m grateful to bring this specialty to Idaho.
My goal is simple: to help people understand why their pain may keep coming back and give them another place to look for answers.
If you’ve been dealing with pain for a long time and feel like you’ve tried everything, I’d love for you to follow along and learn more about ARM.

Your hip and groin pain might not be coming from your hip joint.

You may have been told it’s a groin strain, tight hips, or arthritis.

So you stretch.
You foam roll.
You work on the muscles.
But the pain keeps coming back.

What if the problem is the obturator nerve?

The obturator nerve travels through the pelvis into the inner thigh and groin. When adhesions restrict its normal movement, it can contribute to:
• Deep groin or inner-thigh pain
• Persistent tightness
• Pain with walking, lunging, or squatting
• A constant pulling or aching sensation in the hip

And if you keep treating the muscles or the joint while the nerve itself remains restricted, the problem may keep coming back.

That’s why we look beyond the joint.
We identify where the obturator nerve is restricted and specifically address the adhesion affecting its movement.

If you’ve been dealing with hip or groin pain for 6+ months and nothing has given you lasting relief, it may be time to look at what’s actually restricting the nerve.

Chronic neck pain that keeps coming back?

It may not be a muscle problem.

The C4 nerve root sits in the mid-cervical spine. When adhesion develops around the nerve, it can restrict normal tissue movement and contribute to persistent neck tension and pain.

Massage, stretching, and adjustments may help temporarily—but if the underlying restriction remains, the pain can keep coming back.

Pain for 6+ months?
Tried 3+ doctors or therapists w/o relief?

Stop chasing the pain.

It may be time to look at the tissue causing it.

That’s where ARM therapy takes a different approach.
