CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please be aware that missing your appointment may be the difference between a small bussiness owner making a living that week or not! It is a known fact that "no-shows" are killing small businesses across the country. This protects my bussiness from no-shows. I have a mandatory 24 hour notice for any cancelation or reschedule. If this is not met, then compensation for my waisted time will be 50% of your appointment total. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your $50 deposit is non-refundable. I do understand if there’s an unforeseeable event such as illness or accident, and am more than willing to reschedule. Please respect my time by showing up and making every effort to communicate if that’s not possible. I don't want you to pay for nothing, and I really don't want to go home empty handed. I take pride in, stand by, and guarantee work at Vanity Hair by Mandy. If you are unsatisfied, I would like you to consult and communicate with Mandy right away to come up with a solution. Client redo will only be honored if Mandy is contacted within 48 hours of the original service. Refund Policy
Services: If a client is unhappy with the results of service and has consulted with and received a redo and is still not happy, I will use reasonable and fair judgment on any decision to refund the client half the cost of service. Products: If a client is not satisfied with a hair product purchased and has clearly used less than 25% of the product, the client will receive a refund. Mandy will appropriately evaluate and make the final decision on any product return where there is a discrepancy in how much was used. I provide and follow Bellami's Hair Extension Policy. Please see below from Bellami. Do you have an exchange policy? We understand that picking the right color might be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer screen, so we are happy to exchange your unopened BELLAMI Hair Extension set for a set of the right color within thirty (30) days of you receiving your order. Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. May I exchange my order?
1.We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges of hair extensions that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with. You may exchange your BELLAMI Hair Extensions order ONLY if they have NOT been opened and not taken out of the packaging within the 30 days of receiving your order. BELLAMI Hair Extensions are packaged with a special security seal which identifies if the extensions have been taken out of the cardboard backing to which they are attached. Bellami hair can only do returns for sets with in the same range, If you wish to return your set for a different set range your exchange will be treated as a return. Why are BELLAMI Hair Extensions non-exchangeable if opened? Human hair extensions are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients. We are not alone; other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.
