Last-minute masage opening tomorrow!

Our highly sought-after massage therapist Megan just had a rare opening for tomorrow morning at 8:45 AM for a 60-minute massage

Megan is usually booked far in advance, so this is a great chance to snag a spot if you’ve been waiting!

Give us a call or book online to claim it before it’s gone 💆‍♀️

The past year has been a season of change for me, personally and physically.

After a pretty serious back injury, I had to step back from some of the hands-on work I love so much. If you’ve ever had an injury that forces you to slow down, you know how humbling that can be.

But one thing this experience reminded me of is how incredible our community truly is. So many of our wonderful clients, practitioners, and friends stepped up in ways I’ll never forget.

Meredith Whole Living Center kept going because of the amazing people inside these walls, and I am endlessly grateful for every bit of support.

I’m so happy to say that I’m feeling stronger, I am healing, and I am stepping back into this space in new ways. You’ll be seeing me around the center more often, behind the desk, treating clients when my body allows, and continuing to grow this beautiful wellness space we’ve built together.

And because life is full, and beautifully messy… sometimes my boys will be upstairs playing board games or doing homework while mom finishes up an evening at the center.
-Being able to grow and love a business and raise my children inside the same space is something I’m forever grateful for.

Thank you for being part of this community and for continuing to support a small business that truly cares about your wellness🩵

We’re here, we’re growing, and I’m so excited for what’s ahead.

With gratitude, and so much love🩵
