The weather outside is frightful, but a massage is so delightful! 💆🏻‍♀️🌨️

Did you know consistent self care eases the stiffness that often results this time of year?

Cold weather often triggers joint pain and increases stiffness, especially for those with arthritis or previous injuries like sprains or a simple rolled ankle. Regular massage reduces joint stiffness from surrounding muscular tension, increases circulation to the joints, and improves flexibility and mobility to move easier with less pain.

If you’re feeling tense or having annoying aches and pains, I have availability this week. Ease onto my heated massage table while you relax and allow mobility to be restored.

Feel free to reach out directly or book online to schedule your session this week.
