My schedule is changing!

Due to new school hours & Kensington starting kindergarten (yes you are reading that right 😢) I am making some changes to my hours! PLEASE schedule ahead as much as possible, stick to your appointments & try to be on time!

NEW HOURS:

Tuesday 12pm - 8pm
Wednesday 330pm - 8pm
Saturday 10am - 430pm

I will occasionally be adding Friday evenings if necessary but evenings are going to fill up extremely fast.

It’s a new year & I am excited to be opening my books back up to fill some spaces, so I figured I would introduce myself!

My name is Alicia Russell & I’m a hairdresser / nail tech here in Mentor!
Ive been doing hair since I graduated from Brown Aveda back in 2008.
You can find me at my studio inside of Studio 20 salons on Mentor Ave where I offer a wide array of services from Haircuts, color, waxing & nails to bridal hair!

This month I’m happy to be able to offer a complimentary haircut with any color service you book.

Just need a haircut? I will be offering a complimentary wax when you book!

A few quick reminders, because it’s been a while ◡̈

We are all experiencing inflation at its finest & trying to save wherever we can. I’m trying to keep prices as fair as I can to both you & I but a reminder that cash will always be king & is best for both of us as it saves me on fees.

Please, please, pleaseeee if you are running late even if it is 5 minutes please contact me. I will be cancelling anyone after 15 minutes unless I have heard from you & okayed it, I typically book appts back to back so It isn’t fair to the clients after or me to feel rushed. I know things happen & try to be accommodating but please communicate with me.

The best way to get a hold of me is via text. I find it best for everyone. If I am busy or unavailable when you reach out I am more likely to see a text & remember to get back to you. It is also a good way to reference back if we were exchanging info, consulting.
