Red light therapy can help with so many things. It can help even out skin tone, calm acne and inflammation, and keep up your collagen and elastin levels so your skin retains its firmness and youthfulness when it’s used on a consistent basis! It would be great if acne disappeared after one treatment and I know a lot of people mistakenly think that’s how it works. But sadly that is not the case.
