My dear clients,

I am writing this with a really heavy heart, and honestly, I am just so sad. I have had to make the difficult decision that today will be my very last day doing nails before my surgery.

I am so incredibly sorry. I truly tried to press forward and I wanted so badly to keep working right up until my time, but I just can't. My body is exhausted. I completely underestimated the toll my medicine would take on me, and my mental health has taken a really big hit. This was such a hard choice, but I have to step back and make sure I am well-rested for the procedure.

Please know that the suite is in wonderful hands. I am leaving Shasta and Stacey to keep everything running beautifully for you. Stacey will be starting full-time on June 12th. If you already have appointments booked for the 12th or later, they have been moved to her schedule. Please take a quick look at the time on your confirmations, as I may have had to shift them by 15 minutes or so to make sure everything fits their schedules.All appointments will still be made on the booking site Purposewithterarichardson.com (http://www.Purposewithterarichardson.com)

Surgery Update/Surgery June 18

Subject: Important Update: Upcoming Surgery, Staying Connected, and Client Care While I’m Out

Dear Beautiful Clients and Friends,

I am reaching out to share some important personal news regarding my upcoming schedule and how we are going to keep the "Purpose with Tera Richardson" brand moving forward over the summer.

As many of you know, I will be stepping away from the salon to undergo surgery. My last official day working will be Friday, June 12th.I may work a little Monday and Tuesday after 3 pm TBD. Because recovery will take time, I anticipate being out of the salon until approximately September 1st.

Please know that you are all in the absolute best hands while I am away! I am so excited for you to continue your natural nail care journeys with two incredible technicians who are here to keep our brand's mission alive and thriving:

* Shasta will be available to take care of you on Mondays and Tuesdays.
* Stacy will be taking over my regular schedule from Wednesday through Saturday. I will be introducing everyone to Stacy via video very soon so you can get to know her!

If you already have appointments scheduled during my time away, I can seamlessly transfer those appointments directly over to Stacy's name. Moving forward, booking with Stacy is just as easy as booking with me—you will use the exact same booking system, you'll just select "Stacy" instead of "Tera."

I love you all so incredibly much, and your support means the world to me. So many of you have beautifully asked how you can help me during this time, and a few clients even suggested creating a Meal Train, which we will be doing ! Here is the link (mealtrain.com/ded8ol) However, the absolute best way you can support me right now is to please continue booking your appointments with Stacy and Shasta. They are here to work, they are incredibly talented, and keeping them busy keeps our shared "Purpose" going strong while I rest and heal.

To keep you updated on how I am doing, I will be keeping a personal blog during my recovery. I'll send out that information and link a little later so you can follow along with my journey and see how I am feeling.
