Self and Sounds

A beautiful candle lit, floating sound bath, this time with a few rain sprinkles, which was fun. 🙂. Thank you for having me come play some sounds for your girls’ night, Jodi!

We basically manifested cleansing so hard we had a few raindrops. #mindhive #soundbathmeditation #soundbathhealing

Himalayan bowls and mallets, all nested together and packed up in their Indian bag for another floating Sound Bath. :). I just think they are so beautiful, even all packed up.

Can’t I just play sounds and only play sounds? No emails or admin. No packing and moving stuff. No social media and editing. Just playing sounds, connecting with people, and helping them rest, practice their peace and gratitude, and get closer to their inner self. That’s all I want to do.

The Harvest Moon from The French Quarter.

There are two “ideas” with this full moon . There is the pagan concept of the Harvest Full moon marking the season of Mabon, or the second harvest, and we give thanks for a plentiful harvest. Then there’s the Astrological idea of a Full Moon in Aries conjunct Saturn and Neptune, giving us a reality check in our areas of delusions or dreams. Ouch. I actually resonate with the Astrological meaning more. Don’t forget to do your moon writing!!

Night life ain’t my jam anymore. I’m a morning girl in The Quarter. The latte, the tile, the iron… grungin’ it with my travel buddy cup.

Happy Friday Morning coffee zen. Enjoying the stillness before the busy weekend hits.

I threw everything at my sad feels yesterday. Bowls, a shower, skincare, a puppy, a pretty dress, an errand to Micheal’s…. And then I took a nap outside on the ground before I made dinner. It was a lovely day. I’m determined today… to be organized and productive. Here comes another big weekend! selfandsounds

Therapy. Latte. Bowls. Puppy.

Lots of writing yesterday and today.. I’ve been down. I seem to have hit a wall. Trying to figure it out. The sun has moved into Libra. A full moon is coming in Aries, my 5th house of romance and creativity, conjunct Saturn and Neptune, both in retrograde… Balance, introspective, reality check vs. dreamy state.

Thank you for having me to play sounds at your sweet Girls’ Night In, Staci! And thank you for these lovely pics and videos, ladies! I am so grateful to meet you!
