To my amazing clients,

I wanted to let you know that I will be out of the salon from August 18 through September 1 as I take time away for surgery and recovery.

If you are due for maintenance or would like an appointment before I leave, please book as soon as possible. My schedule is filling quickly, and I would love to get everyone taken care of before I’m away.

This is a post of pure gratitude to God for how far He has brought me and where He’s taking me.

Back in 2021, I took a leap of faith and moved to Houston, Texas. At the time, I thought I was chasing growth, confidence, and a fresh start—but truthfully, I was running. Running from small-town comfort, from unhealed wounds, and from the pain of losing my mother, father, and sister. I was trying to find myself in a world that felt unfamiliar without them.

Houston gave me beautiful experiences, but it also brought seasons of sadness, loneliness, and financial hardship. I faced challenges that stretched me in ways I never imagined from setbacks with my car to nearly losing my housing. Looking back, I now understand that God was allowing me to go through that season to prepare me.

That journey led me back to Memphis, Tennessee a place I once avoided because of the pain tied to it. But the moment I surrendered and followed God’s direction, everything began to shift. I returned home, secured a full-time position that sharpened my skills in the beauty industry, and found myself working alongside my sisters. Those moments reminded me how powerful community truly is.

I even stepped into partnership with one of my best friends to open a salon. And although we faced unexpected challenges, we never lacked anything. God continued to provide every step of the way.

Now, in 2026, I can proudly say I am a Clinical Trichologist one of the goals I’ve always prayed to achieve. I am financially stable, emotionally balanced, and surrounded by an abundance of love from family and friends.

This is my thank you to God, to my journey, and to every single person who has supported me from my UAPB days until now.

Your love, prayers, and encouragement have meant more than you know. And this is only the beginning. 🤍
