This is literally one of the ONLY detoxing methods I will vouch for 😮‍💨 The results of eating this for 3-4 days straight are literally the best! I highly recommend cabbage soup to detox your body before starting any major diet, or if you need to lose a couple pounds before a trip lol. This is my recipe 🤤 & it’s so good! HERES WHAT I USED: 1 red bell pepper 1 orange bell pepper 1/2 bag of sweet carrots 1 tablespoon of butter 1/2 bag of kale 1 packet of Goya seasoning 1/4 pack of chicken bouillon 48oz LOW SODIUM chicken broth Seasonings of choice Avocado oil spray HOW TO MAKE IT: Chop your vegetables to your liking & add them into your pot/pan to sauté. Once cooked down, add a tablespoon of butter & seasonings of your choice (I used complete seasoning, low sodium salt, Goya, chicken bouillon) then add in your cabbage. Cook your cabbage down & let simmer for 15 mins. After 15 mins, mix your Kale in & let simmer for another 15 mins until done! Let me know if you try it!
