KayLee Sides🎀 is just absolutely GORGEOUS. Memphis Wedding Photographer doesn’t miss a single detail. sonnie.boone prepped that hair perfectly for the August heat. Kasey Acuff Makeup Artist kills it every time. Just Weddings and Events by Lisa Childers is easily becoming one of my fave planners to work with. And Hollie’s a dang ICON Hollie Winter (who will get her own post). and these FLOWERS.. are you kidding me? Perfection. Deedra Stone Designs

It’s been a bit since I’ve formally introduced myself.

Hi 👋🏼 I’m Emily.

✨ I’M WHO HELPS YOU FEEL YOUR BEST ON THE BIG DAYS (and I take that seriously) - Hair and makeup are some of the first vendors you come into contact with, and it’s important that they bring the right vibe. Whether you need a woo girl or a minute to breathe, I do my best to read the room and give that to you.

✨ I’VE BEEN DOING HAIR FOR WEDDINGS + EVENTS FOR 15+ YEARS (I’ve seen some things) ..and I really have. If you think whatever you’ve got going on is a first, it probably isn’t. Communicate with me, and we’ll work together to make the morning of your wedding or event as stress-free as possible.

✨ IT’LL PROBABLY TAKE ME A FEW DAYS TO REPLY (unless your wedding is this weekend) - I believe my clients deserve a personal and hands-on experience, so I don’t automate or delegate. Every email and text is a thoughtful response, directly from me. But I also have a little family (a lot like the one a lot of you are building!) and it’s important to me their Wifey + Mama doesn’t have a phone or laptop in front of her face all the time. My screen time is paced, but within reason - if your event is rapidly approaching, you won’t have a hard time getting me.

✨ YOU WON’T FIND A “PERFECT” FEED HERE - Picture me using air-quotes, because it looks pretty perfect to me. 😉 But here’s the deal: Authenticity is important to me, and my brand reflects that. Here, you’ll get the silly AND the serious. You’ll get classically traditional AND wildly eclectic. My posts represent laid-back clients AND Type A (with a capital A) ones, clients I’ve done 3 bridal trials for, and ones I met that morning (…and in the spirit of honesty, sometimes I forget to post at all 🫣). But wherever you fit, just know that I love and celebrate every bit of it.

There’s so much up for debate these days, so much divide between people, but never about Dolly. She seemed to be the one thing everyone could agree on. The ultimate girl’s girl, real and raw and honest, a hero to so many. Lived life her life her way, unapologetically, always showing kindness and respect to everyone.

May we all try to be like Dolly. 🩷

Emma and I go way back, so I’ve had a front row seat watching Infinity Events, LLC blossom into what it is today, and I couldn’t be more proud!

Every strand of hair I’m hired for is an honor, but when asked by a well-networked vendor for glam for their own annual event? You’ve gotta know I feel the love!

I’ve been white-knuckling over here orchestrating a home sale + move + getting settled with a VERY active toddler while my hubby was in a rigorous training course for his job (because, hello, why would that not fall on the same time we close?), so my response time has ✨VARIED✨. (If you know me in real life, you just read that in my voice, didn’t you? 😆)

I wanted to say THANK YOU (from the bottom of my heart) to everyone who has been patient with me! Rest assured, I’m still here, still creating great hair on the most incredible brides - I just might have to unearth my phone from a pile of boxes here and there. 🤷🏼‍♀️
