To this da y I am not sure if that was an honest but very unmodest massage establishment or if was usually something a little more LOL.

Nothing inappropriate happened during the session but back in 2005 female truckers were only about 4 percent of the industry, so I'm pretty sure I was out of the norm for them as a customer.

Given the setting I am honestly not sure, to this day I have no clue. That was NOT NORMAL 😂.

BUT the massage was pretty good, and after the anxiety from the initial portion of the interaction wore off I truly did have a good experience.

Anyway I just wanted to share that because it's kind of funny.

I think it's important to be honest with people.

I could tell everyone that I have 16 full years of experience since graduating, but that would be a blatant lie.

Nobody wants to enter into a therapeutic relationship with a practitioner that is going to lie to them. Transparency is 🗝️

In reality I have about 8 or 9 ish years of hands-on experience, which is long enough to have:

Developed a personal style
Learned what I like and don't like doing
Learned what works and what doesn't

And most importantly HOW TO LISTEN.

Getting to know your client's needs and how to best serve them is one of the best things about being independent.

I can incorporate anything I want without some corporate parameter to contend with, and for asking for extra money for a simple add on.

Your neck does a LOT of unpaid overtime.
