You Don't Have to Wait Until Something Hurts
One thing I wish more people knew about massage is that you don't have to wait until your body is screaming at you to schedule one.
One of the most rewarding things I get to see in my profession is what happens when clients start coming regularly and they begin to notice the difference. They may realize they're not as tight as they used to be, they're moving a little easier, recovering better, or simply feeling better overall because they've made taking care of themselves a priority.
Most of us ask a lot of our bodies every day. We sit in the same positions for hours, stand for long periods of time, work at computers, exercise, or repeat the same movements over and over again.
Massage gives our bodies an opportunity to recover from some of that day-to-day wear and tear.
For me, that's what regular self-care is really about—not waiting until something hurts, but taking care of your body so you can keep doing the things you enjoy for as long as possible. ❤️
