Purple Pop Shop

💜 PURPLE POP SHOP — IMPORTANT SHOPPING POLICIES 💜

We are so excited to have you shop with us, and we truly appreciate every order and every customer! To keep things fair, smooth, and enjoyable for everyone, please take a moment to review our policies.

✨ ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Please make sure you are confident in your purchase before completing your order. If you are unsure about sizing, fit, or style, we strongly encourage you to come in and try the item on before purchasing.

If you send someone else to pick up an item for you and you don’t try it on , but you take it home and it does not work for you, the item is still yours and cannot be returned or exchanged. We want everyone to have the opportunity to make the best decision before purchasing.

💜 PRE-ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL UP FRONT.
No exceptions. It does not matter who you are or how long you have shopped with us — all pre-orders must be paid for before they are placed.

Once a pre-order is submitted, we are financially responsible for that merchandise. We cannot place orders and then be left responsible for items that someone decides they no longer want or need.

We appreciate your understanding and respect for these policies. They allow us to continue bringing you the products you love while keeping our small business running fairly and responsibly.

Thank you for supporting Purple Pop Shop! 💜
We appreciate each and every one of you!
