Ok now y’all know I’m super partial to this client (I made her so I guess I have to be right?😂) so when she said hey can we put in extensions I obliged.

Given that she already had a shadow root the highs and lows combined created this gorgeous flow that she was craving!

Let me just say I was a little skeptical, intimidated even, but I think it turned out gorgeous 😍😘👌.

I loved making a rich multidimensional brown! It goes from black to a dark rich chocolate depending on the lighting 🖤🖤🖤

I couldn’t get the lighting to cooperate for the life of me for this one! However, one of my very favorite gray blends came and saw me this past weekend(I know it seems like I say that about them all but I really do have some that genuinely make my day better by sitting in my chair and She is one of them) and this visit was our dimensional sesh! This time she let me use a warm mocha brown to bring us into fall😍😍

➡️ remember, we alternate each sesh with gray blends to keep the look natural and not so washed out. That means- one time it’s all roots, the next we’re adding dimension.

💁🏼‍♀️And of course your first appointment is a full highs and lows overhaul to get every hair on your head on the right page lol.

This sweet girl wanted to try a cooler toned blonde this time. In person the color reminded me of sand if it was made out of opals😍😍

➡️ Same head of hair…same pose…different sides of her head all from the angles the light was hitting it from where she was standing. You see warmth that really isn’t there reflecting from the sun and the brick on the one side and back, you see the truer tone in the shade…

Lighting is crazy ain’t it 😅
