I am a certified freelance makeup artist, and had the privilege to be trained with prestigious celebrity MUAs. I am also affiliated with other top makeup lines, including Make Up Forever and NARS Cosmetics. I obtained my training from popular Hollywood celebrity makeup artist Rain Andreani. Rain Andreani has many prestigious celebrities under her belt, including Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez, Gwen Stephani…to name few. Before my transition to becoming a makeup artist, I have been involved with the South Asian wedding industry for many years as a successful wedding planner and an event decorator. So I understand how to provide you a flawless final look that suits your personality, taste and the wedding theme…perfect for all aspects: from the wedding stage to the stunning photography! My style is to create bold & fashion forward looks for my brides/models while staying true to tradition. I get my makeup inspiration from art, street fashion, runway, pop icons, films, my peer makeup artists, the beautiful nature (colorful Caribbean fishes, mesmerizing butterflies…) and the diverse cultural richness I picked up from my world traveling. My specialty is to make a statement with your eyes and make you feel and look beautiful…inside & out! I take my time to step back, analyze your exquisite features and enhance them, soften them, improve them…simply to transform you into the perfect bride to be! Products I use on you are based on your skin type, personal style, whether you wear contact lenses and the type of occasion you are having, keeping lighting, photography and the duration your makeup needs to last for into consideration! To evolve with the ever-changing beauty industry, I continuously educate myself on what’s new & better so I can offer you the most up-to-date makeup trends, colors, products, techniques and beauty tips. Secret to a fresh spring face in only TWO mins - 1. Apply your favorite CC cream (I recommend using CC cream for spring/summer time when you are on the go b/c its a tinted moisturizer with sun protection & it reduces skin redness, sallowness and improve uneven skin tone all at once. My favorite is Clinique & Smashbox CC cream), 2. Any peachy color Blush, 3. Some Mascara (I use They're Real by Benefit...my absolute favorite mascara) & 4. Any bright Lip color! Try it out ladies & you will sure turn some heads ;) ;) oxox
