IMAGINE the best race car driver in the world. 🏎️
He’s spent YEARS learning from the best drivers.
He’s studied every turn. Every track. Every technique.
He knows exactly what to do.
Then you hand him a 20-year-old car with engine problems and bald tires.
*whoomp whoomp*
How fast is he really going to go?
His skill isn’t the problem. Neither is his strategy.
The vehicle can’t support what he knows how to do.
And I see this exact thing happening with wildly successful women in business.
She’ll spend $25,000 on the strategist.
She gets the plan.
She KNOWS what to do.
And then her nervous system starts making decisions for her.
She avoids the visibility that would grow the brand.
She second-guesses the move she was completely sure about three days ago.
She hits a new revenue level and somehow creates chaos right when things are working.
She doesn’t need another strategy.
Her business has grown faster than her capacity to feel safe HOLDING the level she says she wants.
Your nervous system is the vehicle your strategy has to run through.
And you can keep upgrading the strategy… but at some point, you have to upgrade the vehicle.
Because the goal isn’t just getting to 7 figures.
It’s becoming the woman who can hold the visibility, money, responsibility, and expansion that comes WITH it without unconsciously slamming on the brakes.
If you’re already making money and you KNOW you have a 🔥 strategy, but you can feel yourself hitting the brakes every time the business asks you to grow with it, DM me UPGRADE.
This shift is everything - comment “TIME” & I’ll send you the details.

Girl to girl, you don’t need permission to want more. But you DO need places where more is normal.
That’s what I’m most excited about as a speaker at Million Dollar Impact Mastermind Live.
For three days in Dallas, you’ll be surrounded by faith-led women building businesses, creating wealth, increasing their visibility and refusing to separate their ambition from their assignment.
And I want you to future-pace this for a second. You fly home October 18th.
Whose number is in your phone that wasn’t there three days ago?
What decision did you finally make?
What idea did you stop shrinking?
What becomes possible because one woman at your table said, “I know exactly who you need to meet”?
That’s the kind of ROI you can’t calculate before you walk into the room. But you can decide whether you’re going to be in it.
I’m speaking at Million Dollar Impact Mastermind Live October 15–17 in Dallas.
DM me IMPACT and I’ll send you the details.
I don’t believe you need to “become her.”
The concept of becoming keeps the woman you want to be somewhere in the future, separated from yourself.
When you make more money. When the business grows. When you’re more confident. When you finally stop overthinking.
What if she isn’t someone you become later? What if she’s someone you practice being now?
Don’t wait until you’re confident to make the decision she’d make.
Make the decision and teach yourself that you can handle what comes next.
Don’t wait until rejection stops bothering you to put yourself out there.
Let yourself be seen and learn that someone else’s response doesn’t have to change how you see yourself.
Your nervous system learns through repeated experience.
So every time you choose to respond as the woman you keep telling yourself you’re “becoming,” you’re practicing a new default now.
Stop putting her in the future. She’s available to you today.
This is a core framework I teach all my 1:1 clients, and if you want to learn more about it, comment “EMBODIED” and I’ll send you the details.
She has a content calendar. SO MANY ideas. She even invested in learning social media strategy.
The problem starts in the moment she’s actually about to hit publish.
She rereads the caption.
Starts questioning whether it’s catchy enough.
Wonders what people will think. Wait, is it too bold?
Changes a few lines.
And eventually decides she’ll post it tomorrow because she can’t get it quite “right”.
So no, I’m not going to give her another content strategy. I’m going to help her see what’s underneath her “inconsistency”, remind her of her power, reflect back to her her actions, and help her rewrite her patterns to live in the moment.
Tell me…
What happens inside of you in the moment you decide not to let yourself be seen?
Because you can batch 30 posts and schedule your entire month...
But if being visible still feels like something you need to protect yourself from, you’ll keep quietly sabotaging your business growth.
That’s the difference between trying to fix the behavior and changing what’s driving it.
If you’ve tried all of the strategies and you’re still running into the same roadblocks, FOLLOW Dr. Jen | Nervous System Coach for Female Leaders | Speaker - you’re in the right place.

Which one of these surprises you the most? Drop your thoughts in the comments!
Practice being her now.
Practice putting the phone down when part of you wants to check the launch.
Practice saying what you need without trying to control how someone responds.
Practice staying present with your kids when your brain wants to be ten steps ahead.
Practice letting a quiet sales day be a quiet sales day, not evidence that something has gone wrong.
The woman who can hold a bigger business, deeper relationships, motherhood, money, disappointment, success, and uncertainty without losing herself? You have to choose to become her before you get there.
& the truth is, she’s being built by how you choose to show up at this one.
So instead of asking, “Who do I want to become?”
Ask yourself: Where can I practice being her today?
Take action towards that, and if you want to learn more about being the version of yourself you’re picturing right now, FOLLOW Dr. Jen | Nervous System Coach for Female Leaders | Speaker.
