Hello friends, family, and clients of Studio 230. We have all had time to decide where our new locations will be in doing hair!

Sarah Rieselman is going out on her own opening up her own salon in Brooksville KY. It is called Creative Styles and the number to reach her is 606-782-1997. Her starting date is April 16th 2014. We are very happy for her on her new exciting move! Good Luck Sarah!

Jillian White has decided to booth rent in Washington Ky! She will be at Haleys on Main! The number to reach her will be 606-402-1868. Her days of operation will be Wed-Fri 11-7pm. Saturdays 10-3pm. Her starting date is April 16th 2014.

Erica Wolfe is still undecided but we will post her whereabouts as soon as she knows what she is doing!

Last but not least Alicia Dillon Gibbs is definitely still doing hair!!! I think the post about closing led some people to believe she was not. Alicia Gibbs has happily decided to go work at Reflections on Main in Washington, KY. The phone number to reach her at for appointments is 606-759-9100. Any appointments pre-booked with Alicia starting Wed April 30th and through the year will remain exactly the same the only thing that will be different will be the new location! Her hours will be Wed 9-8 pm, Thurs and Fridays 9-5 pm, and Saturdays 8-6pm.

After giving this a lot of deep thought, I have decided to close Studio 230 as of May 2014 (exact date to be determined).

In doing hair for the past 15 years, my love and passion for this profession-- working to make my clients, my friends, look beautiful and feel their best has never changed.

In the past few years, I have had a transition in my personal life with having two small children, Eva and Landen, and I feel like my life is changing and I am being led in a different direction. Dedicating more time to my family has become my first priority. Owning and running Studio 230 has been a great experience and one I am very thankful and appreciative God has given me.

I want to thank anyone who has ever supported Studio 230. During my 7 years of owning Studio 230, I have tried to run a very professional salon where customers feel welcome. Additionally, I want to thank all my past and present employees who have ever worked for me: Tiffany Sims, Satrista Myrick, Phillip Saunders, Jillian White, Sarah Rieselman, Erica Wolfe, Kelle Henson; Apprentice, Michelle Neal, and lastly, Receptionist, Jessica Moulis and Khrysten Sapp. They truly put in a lot of hard work and time to help make the business what it is. And I hope these stylists can reciprocate the feeling of having been in a warm learning environment.

We will be letting everyone know the exact date of closing and where our new locations will be in the immediate future. Those of you who have appointments will remain the same. And any clients who have gift cards please have those used by May 2014.
