🦋 Rachelle Lerch is a Toledo native who has been on her journey with yoga for over 30 years. That experience makes her passionate about sharing yoga with others, and in helping people learn how to practice yoga in ways that support their own personal path and growth.

Her teaching style includes:
* anatomy education for safety and stability
* modifications and prop options that suit individual needs
* support that allows each student the freedom to explore and choose how they wish to embody their practice

As both a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT), Rachelle offers a mix of insights on how to enhance traditional yoga practice with exercise science principles. She aims to help students develop a well-rounded practice of strength, mobility and stability in the physical practice of asana, understanding how this foundation supports other layers of yoga exploration.

While her approach is a modern mix of her studies and experiences, she holds a deep reverence for the framework of yoga itself, and how it can help support personal growth. Rachelle continues to expand her own studies as a perpetual student of yoga, understanding that the journey is one that never ends.
