I was first introduced to btone a year ago by my friend Genny Stickney
I had been wanting to get back into Pilates after not doing it for many years, and I honestly didnt know where to start
I immediately fell in love with the challenging, but very fun (and very effective!) Workouts, and since Pilates has become a big part of my life
We are so blessed to have so many amazing studios and fitness instructors here on Cape Cod to support and motivate us!
