We have all been a teenager and shaved or overplucked our brows brows before! And this teen did the same thing with an eyebrows razor. Although we will need to give her brows time to grow back, the tint is going to help camouflage for the time being. This will also help give her a guide to fill in her brows more with a pencil as they start to fade!
