Because honestly? Some of the most beautiful loc journeys happen when people finally stop trying to force their hair to become somebody else’s.

✨ “I’m only 20 minutes away 😭”
✨ “Can you still do the style even though I’m late?”
✨ “Can you just add me before your next client?”

—and honestly, I know life happens. I truly do 😂

But one thing people don’t always realize is policies are what keep service businesses functioning smoothly.

Appointments aren’t just “time slots.” They involve:

🌱 timing
🌱 product usage
🌱 energy
🌱 respecting every client’s appointment time equally

And especially with loc services — one delayed appointment can throw off an entire day.
