Welcome to Bayou Beauty. I’m Haley, the owner and nurse injector behind Bayou Beauty Aesthetics & Wellness in Marshall, TX.

I’ve been an RN for 12 years, and God knew exactly what He was doing when He led me to nursing school. The vision for Bayou Beauty grew from my years of caring for patients in ICU, ER, and long-term care settings—and my desire to create a space where people feel heard, cared for and confident in themselves.

I love what I do—the conversations, the creativity and artistry, the trust you place in me and seeing you leave feeling more confident than when you walked in. That’s what gives it all purpose. What matters most to me is that you know I care about you and that I take the time to understand what brought you here.

I want Bayou Beauty to be a place you look forward to visiting—a place where you can settle in, take a breath and have time to talk about you: your skin, your wellness, your goals or simply how you’ve been feeling.

That vision reaches beyond my treatment room. God has placed passionate providers in this space, each with an independently owned business, their own gifts and a love for their craft. Together, we’re bringing you exceptional services, personal connections and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile.
