This was my first booked bride when I officially opened my business. She had never had her makeup done before, and she wasn't enthusiastic, especially with the first artist she went with. So I offered a trial. At the end of the trial she said something that became a part of my brand.
Oh this still looks like me!
It was there I earned her trust, for the first and maybe the last time she'll ever have her makeup done, I'm honored that she can look back and see herself, radiant, elevated and truly happy and at ease.
