Potentially the biggest fear in bridal makeup history—- the dreaded cake face 😱😱

“Cake face” looks like a thick mask of full coverage face makeup, settling into fine lines and pores, flakey and dry areas and cracking when you smile 🤢

And honestly, it looks like it hurts. So, It’s a no here!

Let’s talk about how we avoid it—

Your job- keep up with an appropriate skincare routine, exfoliate weekly, drink your water and use SPF and take your makeup off at night. I know, sorry 😭

My job- cleanse your skin, rehydrate you, prep your skin based on its needs in the moment and apply a light to medium coverage to let your skin breathe.

A lot less scary, right? Avoiding cakey makeup is a 2 part effort— your at home care and my in the chair prep. The solution is great skin first!

💭Have you had makeup done before and you felt cakey? DM me or comment below so we can talk about it! 💕
