Sometimes what catches your eye is the COLOR.
Sometimes it’s the TEXTURE.
And sometimes, it’s BOTH.
That distinction matters because scar camouflage and inkless revision are not interchangeable treatments.
Camouflage is intended to help visually blend eligible COLOR CONTRAST with the surrounding skin. It does not automatically correct significant texture.
Inkless revision takes a different approach, using controlled skin-revision techniques and professional serums to support improvement in eligible scar texture and overall appearance.
And not every scar is appropriate for either treatment right away.
Scar maturity, texture, skin tone, healing history and your individual goals all matter.
You don’t need to diagnose your own scar or figure out which treatment you need before speaking with a practitioner.

Because no—inkless scar revision isn't simply tattooing a scar without putting pigment into the machine.
It is a controlled skin-revision treatment using professional serums, with the goal of supporting improvement in the texture and overall appearance of eligible scars.
And eligible matters.
Scar maturity, texture, your skin, healing history and individual response can all affect whether treatment is appropriate—and results vary from person to person. Multiple sessions may also be needed.

🫣This is a vulnerable post for me.
Most people see the work I do, but they don’t always see the personal journey behind it.
My tummy tuck transformed my body, but it also gave me a scar that took time to understand and accept. I was grateful for my transformation while still having feelings about what I saw—and both things were allowed to be true.
