Healing Haven Massage Therapy

Have you heard of Qigong? Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines slow movement, deep breathing, and focused meditation to cultivate and balance life energy. It is also a form of Tai Chi. Want to give it a try? Our Acupuncturist Jackie is going to start teaching Nov. 4th on Wednesdays at 9am at MVMT Studio in Marion. (Continued classes depends on the attendance.)
