Another week has come to an end. And another one begins.
Between appointments, studying, pauses, and a routine that never seems to slow down.
Looking through my camera roll, I think about everything I had to go through to get here.
Months and months of studying. Sleepless nights. Seasons coming and going outside a window. Post-it notes scattered everywhere. And an invisible barrier: a language that wasnât my own.
The NCLEX demanded much more than knowledge. It demanded persistence.
And persistence has probably always been my middle name.
I left home at 17. Passed more than eight public service exams. Built my career in nursing, became an entrepreneur, and built a successful aesthetics clinic.
It was never simple. It was never easy.
I had already faced challenges that taught me discipline. But, to be completely honest, nothing had fully prepared me for the NCLEX process.
Or maybe, at the same time, everything had.
Because nursing was already deeply rooted in who I am. I knew how much I had studied, how much I wanted to succeed, and how much I wanted to embrace this new chapter.
And maybe thatâs what Iâve learned: starting over doesnât erase everything youâve built. You take it all with you and keep going â dreaming, learning, and building a new future.

The past few weeks have been pretty intense around here: studying, organizing, seeing patients, and a lot of work behind the scenes.
