Light is changing, and that’s hard for a lot of people including myself!!! Now offering sun lamp therapy as an add on with your massage. Or if you need to just sit under the light we can work something out!
☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️
Sun lamp therapy involves exposure to bright light. It may improve the symptoms of SAD, depression, and circadian rhythm problems. UV lamps may offer additional benefits, such as increased vitamin D levels.

I cannot say thank enough for everyone’s patience and understanding since Riggins got hurt!! I think I have got almost everyone I canceled on, however I didn’t think of keeping a list of everyone and am worried I missed some people. If I have I sincerely apologize!! Please reach out to me and I’ll get you back on the schedule!!!
Also, since this has all happened I see how important my family, and my time is. So two things:
1. I will not take any new clients until further notice. While I get caught back up on everyone, and also school and sports are beginning.
2. I will be enforcing a cancellation fee of $50, the first time. If you want to rebook you will be required to prepay for the next appointment. My time is very important, and limited.
Thanks again!!!!
To all my clients:
Thanks for your love, support, and patience! Still not sure when I will be home and what we are facing when we get home. I promise to keep in contact. But in the meantime please reach out to Healing Arts by Kim if you need work done. I highly recommend her and trust her!!
