What an inspiring afternoon at the Women for Philanthropy Luncheon at UND!
Dr. Tareen shared her journey as a physician, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, along with her belief in creating opportunities through education, housing, and food security.
One message she shared especially resonated: “If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life.”
She also encouraged everyone to remember that one small act of kindness can brighten someone’s day. Volunteer your time. Say hello. Make someone’s day.

Can psoriasis spread from person to person? 👀
No, psoriasis is NOT contagious. 💙 You can’t catch it through touching, hugging, sharing items, or being around someone who has it.
Psoriasis is a chronic immune-mediated condition that can cause inflamed, scaly patches on the skin. While psoriasis can appear in new areas or become more widespread on someone’s body, it cannot spread to another person.
If you’re noticing new or changing patches on your skin, our dermatology team can help determine what’s going on and find the right treatment plan for you.
