Some pain you learn to work around.

You sit differently, you skip the lifting, you tell yourself it's just how your back is now.

Then one morning you decide you're done managing it.

That's usually the point people walk through our door.

Not a first twinge, but years of back, neck, or radiating leg pain that other treatments never fully settled.

We start by finding out what's actually driving it, often disc pressure or nerve compression, then we address that directly with spinal decompression on the Hill DT table.

This is a quiet, focused place for people serious about resolving the problem.

If that sounds like where you're at, we'd like to help.

How long have you been working around your pain?

Chasing the ache is not the same as fixing the disc.

If the pain keeps coming back after adjustments or injections, the source usually hasn't been addressed.

A lasting result comes from a sequence.

First imaging, so we can see where the disc pressure actually sits.

Then decompression on the Hill DT table to relieve that pressure directly.

Then core rehab, the bird dogs, dead bugs and planks, so your spine can hold the change once you leave.

Each step builds on the one before it.

One relieves the pressure, the next keeps it relieved.

That's what we work through with chronic pain patients in Maple Grove who've already tried the quick fixes.

Stuck in the cycle of temporary relief? Tell us what you've tried so far.

You walked away from the crash feeling fine.

A week later your neck is stiff, your head aches, and you're telling yourself it's nothing.

Whiplash rarely announces itself at the scene.

The tissue takes time to swell and stiffen, and by the time the pain sets in, plenty of people have already decided it's just soreness that will pass on its own.

That's the pain other routes tend to wave off.

It's the exact pain we're built for.

We start with imaging so we can see what's happening in the spine, then treat the underlying tissue with spinal decompression and Class IV laser.

A collision from last month or from years ago can still be driving pain today.

If you've been in an accident and something still doesn't feel right, get it looked at before it turns into years of damage.

Was your pain delayed after a crash? Tell us how long it took to show up.

Decompression on the Hill DT table isn't for everyone, and it shouldn't be.

It's built for a specific problem: a disc under pressure, a nerve being compressed, pain that travels down the leg or arm and hasn't settled with anything else you've tried.

Before we put anyone on the table, we take an X-ray and look at what the disc is actually doing.

Candidacy gets confirmed, not assumed.

If the imaging doesn't point to a disc problem decompression is built to help, we say so and we point you somewhere that fits.

That's the whole reason it works when it works.

The therapy is matched to the disc, not applied by default.

If your pain radiates, or injections and adjustments keep wearing off, it's worth finding out what the disc is doing.

Does your pain travel, or does it stay in one spot? Tell us below.

Sciatica shows up as pain down the leg, so that's where most people try to fix it.

But the leg is where you feel it, not where it starts.

The pain travels down a nerve that's being compressed higher up, usually by a disc pressing on the nerve root in your lower back.

That's the part spinal decompression works on.

On the Hill DT table, the vertebrae are gently separated to take pressure off the disc and the nerve root underneath it.

Less compression at the source means less signal firing down the leg.

Calming the leg pain on its own tends to be temporary.

Address the disc pressure and you're working on the reason the nerve is irritated in the first place.

If you've been chasing leg pain without lasting relief, it's worth looking at where it actually begins.

You get an adjustment.

The pain eases.

A few weeks later it's back, so you book again.

Maybe an injection this time.

Same pattern.

When relief keeps fading, more of the same short-term treatment usually isn't the answer.

The pressure on the disc is still there.

Spinal decompression on the Hill DT table works to reduce that pressure directly, taking load off the nerve and giving the disc room to recover.

Then core rehab, the bird dogs, dead bugs and planks we build into your plan, keeps the spine supported so the result holds.

That's the difference between chasing the symptom and addressing the disc driving it.

If you're stuck in the cycle, an assessment tells us what's actually going on.

Still chasing the same pain? Send us a message and we'll talk it through.

You wake up, your neck feels stiff, you roll your shoulders and get on with the day.

Most people never think twice about it.

But that stiffness isn't always coming from a tight muscle.

Between each vertebra in your neck sits a disc, and nerves exit the spine right there.

When a disc is compressed, it changes the space those nerves have to work with.

Stiffness is often how the body flags that pressure early, before it turns into radiating pain or numbness down the arm.

We use spinal decompression on the Hill DT table to take pressure off the disc directly, rather than chasing the symptom on the surface.

An X-ray and assessment tells us what's actually going on between those vertebrae.

If morning stiffness has become your normal, it's worth looking deeper.

08/22/2026

Most of the people who come to us have already tried other routes.

Adjustments, injections, pushing through it.

The pain quiets for a while and then comes back, because the pressure on the disc was never addressed.

That's the part we start with.

We image and assess the disc before we treat anything, so we know what we're actually working on.

Spinal decompression on the Hill DT table takes pressure off the compressed disc.

Structured core work, bird dogs, dead bugs, planks, keeps that spine supported between visits.

Class IV laser supports the tissue while it recovers.

Years of accumulated damage don't have to be where the story ends.

But the longer a disc stays under pressure, the more there is to work back from.

If the pain keeps returning, it's worth finding out what the disc is doing.
