Sis, ang dami nag-PM na ang payat ko na daw! 😊 Thank you!! Before pregnancy, I was always around 150 lbs. During pregnancy, I gained some weight, and now I’m 130 lbs at 3 months postpartum! 🥰

My baby was born only 5 lbs, and I don’t breastfeed. I’ve been drinking halos lahat ng benta ko 😆 to help manage my appetite. Alternate-alternate lang, sis!

For me, the biggest thing has been being mindful of what I eat and drink and maintaining a calorie deficit. No exercise for now. 💜Just be consistent! That’s the key.

Sharing what worked for me sis, not saying na same approach will work for everyone.
