Shown in the video is hand crafter Spiced Honey and Holy Basil Tincture.

The holy basil helps with cognitive function, focus, clarity and awareness

Spiced Honey helps against bacterial infections, viruses symptoms: fevers, sore throat, itchy throat, coughing/sneezing, migraines, lethargy.

Some buyers have said it has helped against their CPOD, its hand crafted and I teach you how to do it yourself.

For my cute new shirt, the color is beautiful and the message is so fitting

October is a busy month full of festive energy, fall cooking, and parents trying to juggle life, work and kids ♡

Come chill with us a couple times this month and unwind a bit.

You might be suprised how energeticly freeing a Reiki-Infused Theraputic Massages is.

Its never just about moving around your muscles.

There is always concern with your stress patterns, the workload you carry, the responsibilities you've taken on.
It equally as important to know the emotional toll you mask all day... and finally getting to just be.

No one is asking you to help.
No one is asking you to remember.
No one is asking you favors.
No one is asking you to be polite.
No one is asking anything of you.

When you step into our sanctuary space, you are given the freedom to come as you are.

You are welcome to take up space.

You are welcome to snore and drool
You are welcome to cry
You are welcome to ask for a tissue
You are welcome to ask for a break
You are welcome to change the music
You are welcome to talk the entire session
You are welcome to sleep the entire session

Sometimes its just not about the massage, its the care thats given freely.

You are loved here, as you are.

We are starting to adjust our schedules to the new demand for workshops, massages, treatments and guidance sessions

We are currently operating 6 days a week, 4 days are dedicated to massage and treatments, the other 2 days are designed for our workshops, guidance sessions and office details.

Please give us some grace as we make this adjustment, we are slowly merging in new ideas and out things that no longer work with our expansion

Reminder:

🚨 The Senior and Veteran memberships are ending
🚨 Tipping Options are ending
🚨 60-minute full-body massages are ending
🚨 Workshops/Meets require registration

Playing with new techniques and letting my creative side take lead ♡

I was so blessed yesterday! I had so much fun.

The fill your cup event was created for the women in the community, Who need a little pick me up and a gentle reminder that they matter.

I was pleasantly surprised with women showing up for me with gifts in tow.

First, I am so thankful for our Salon allowing me to host my events, in house and helping me set up and clean the space ♡

I had a woman drive all the way from OAKLAND, who showed up with beautiful handmade cookies that were absolutely delicious. ♡

I had another mother show up with handmade individual sized flan, with strawberry cheesecake frosting, another delectable treat ♡
**She will be selling these soon as well, you will want these for the holidays **

I didn't get a chance to take pictures of them, but they were perfect.

I then i was gifted me this beautiful elephant pen that I will cherish for as long as possible.

She didn't know it when she packed it. But elephants are one of my favorite creatures and my massage room actually has 4 elephants at the very Crown of the room, so I was so excited when I got it.

I am already using it, and I love it.

I want to recognize these ladies for showing up for us and this young girl in her early business adventures ♡

So keep it up.

Thank you for the gifts and I look forward to seeing you ladies again, October 17th. At 9am

Order yours here ♡
