Today we’re celebrating a very special milestone AND a well-deserved promotion!
If you’ve ever sat in her chair, you already know she is truly an all-in-one stylist. Dimensional blondes, rich reds, gorgeous color, precision haircuts, and those blowouts that make you feel like a whole new person… she can do it ALL, and she does it beautifully.

Today we celebrated a milestone that means so much to all of us at Avante. Jamie’s 20-year anniversary!!!
Twenty years ago, Jamie became part of Avante, and over those two decades, she has grown from being part of our team to becoming one of the people helping lead, shape, and carry this company forward as an owner.
Jamie has poured so much of herself into Avante. Her talent, leadership, loyalty, heart, and belief in what we are building have helped make this salon what it is today.
She has been here through seasons of growth and change, celebrated some of our biggest wins, helped develop generations of stylists, cared deeply for our guests, and created relationships and memories that reach far beyond the walls of the salon.
When someone gives 20 years of their life to something, they become part of its story.
And Jamie is a HUGE part of ours.
There are pieces of Avante today that exist because Jamie cared enough to help build them, protect them, improve them, and believe in where we were going.
