The Fit Women Station

Sessions lately!

Clients lately! 🙌🔥

INSANE transformation inside and out! 4 years ago I had the opportunity to start coaching Vee. She quickly adapted to keep raising the bar in her strength, and determination to keep the lifestyle and enjoy the process. It’s not been easy and she knew how much work she had to put just to see her body change. Thank you for always being in a positive attitude even when time were hard. For allowing me be your coach and friend, and gaining so many memories during sessions. I’m extremely proud of you and all you’ve conquered these years. This has become your lifestyle and I can’t wait to make more memories whether it’s jamming out to Latin music, running a race, or simply sharing the love for workout fashion and shoes😂. You are glowing Amiga💖🔥

Share your running mantras✨

Running is cheaper than therapy, unless you get addicted to races, running shoes, and fancy cool gear🤷‍♀️
