Repose Pain Management
Repose Pain Management provides targeted, evidence‑informed therapeutic bodywork to reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore balance.
Precision‑driven care guided by skilled touch and grounded in science.
Big changes ahead — and a new chapter for my practice. After several years serving the DFW area, I’m officially shifting my neuromuscular bodywork practice to San Antonio and the surrounding communities.
Many of you know that my work focuses on clinical-style bodywork for chronic pain, mobility restrictions, and long-standing tension patterns. With my family’s move back to San Antonio, I’m excited to bring that same level of care to a new region.
Over the next few weeks, I’ll be setting up a temporary treatment space while my partner and I work toward securing a long-term location. This means clients will soon have a place to receive focused neuromuscular sessions designed to help reduce pain, improve function, and support real recovery. If you’re in San Antonio, Adkins, Floresville, La Vernia, or the surrounding areas and you’ve been dealing with chronic pain, limited mobility, or tension that never seems to go away — I’d love to work with you.
More updates coming soon as the space gets finalized.Thank you for your patience, your support, and your trust.New city. Same mission: helping people get out of pain and back into their lives.

Most people think getting stronger means doing more.
More reps, more weight, more time, more pain.
But what if the real power comes from stillness?Lately I’ve been exploring a different approach — one that doesn’t beat your body down, doesn’t leave you exhausted, and doesn’t require a gym or equipment.Working through the entire pelvic chain with slow holds and controlled tension, something unexpected started happening:Muscles that were “offline” began waking up.
Movements felt smoother.
Pain patterns got quieter.
And instead of feeling drained, I felt more capable. This is the part nobody talks about:
Isometrics don’t just build strength — they teach your nervous system how to use the strength you already have.No grinding.
No joint stress.
No “push through the pain.”Just clean activation, deep stability, and results you can feel immediately. And the best part?
Anyone can do this.
Busy parents.
People with chronic tension.
Folks recovering from injury.
People who want to look good without wrecking their body.
People who want to feel good again. This is the foundation of what I’m building with NSC — Neuromuscular Somatic Clinician work.I call this phase Isometric Somatic Reactivation — waking up the deep chains of the body through precise, controlled tension.Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing more about how these principles fit into the future of NSC and how you can start using them in your own body.If you’ve been looking for a way to get stronger, move better, and feel more connected to your body — without pain, without burnout, and without needing hours a day — this is your moment.Stay tuned.
The next evolution is coming.

Over the past year, my work has evolved into something deeper than traditional massage. I’ve been developing a clinical approach called NSC — Neuromuscular Somatic Conditioning.NSC focuses on the nervous system, breath mechanics, and fascial behavior to create long‑lasting change instead of temporary relief.Because of this shift, I’ll be transitioning away from timed sessions and moving toward treatment‑based work. This allows me to address the root of your pain without rushing or stopping because the clock says so.I’ll be sharing more soon, but I wanted my clients to know the direction things are heading. I appreciate every one of you who has trusted me with your care.
