Yesterday’s bridal party was seriously the sweetest 🤍✨

We had the best morning getting the entire party ready with hair + makeup for everyone! There’s just something about wedding mornings… we love getting to be a part of it of our brides special day 🥂

Our bride wanted a soft glam makeup look paired with a romantic updo, and it came together so beautifully. Soft, timeless, and the perfect bridal look for her. 🤍

It’s funny because when I first started this journey, I definitely didn’t think I’d eventually be talking about it this much on Facebook. 😂🤍 It was something I was doing for ME… not even anything I was thinking about bringing to my clients

But once I started experiencing my own changes, it became really hard NOT to talk about something that had become such a positive part of my life…

I wasn’t constantly bloated, no more puffiness, the constant food noise quieted down, and I finally felt like I had control around food again.

Like being able to eat ONE cookie and genuinely think, “Yep, I’m good.” 😂🙌🏼

Those are the big reasons I continue sharing about it publicly .. Because I know there are people watching who feel exactly how I felt before I started.
