What if, for 75 minutes, you didnāt have to do anything, fix anything, or be anything for anyone?
Just breathe. Rest. Receive.
A sound bath is an invitation to slow down and step away from the constant noise of everyday life. The soothing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments create a calming atmosphere where you can settle in, quiet your mind, release some tension, and give your nervous system a chance to unwind.
You donāt need to know how to meditate. You donāt need to be good at relaxing. Just come as you are, get comfortable, and let yourself be taken care of for a change.
Thereās something really beautiful about letting my wee one be part of something rooted in slowing down, connecting, and caring for ourselves and each other.
If youāve been feeling overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or like youāve been pouring from an empty cup, this is your invitation to fill it back up.
Sunday, October 18th @ noon at Chapter Five Yoga

Before the sound can heal you, the space has to hold you. Creating a sanctuary for our sound bath last month. I love when Ariel helps me set up! May this space bring you exactly what your soul is searching for.
Join us at Chapter Five Yoga next Sunday, October 18th @ noon.

Iāve been struggling with this post for days.
A dear yoga friend passed on Friday, and promoting my sound bath right now just feels icky. I donāt want to āsellā anything when my heart is hurting.
Jane was such a huge part of Chapter 5 Yoga, where this sound bath is happening. Which makes this feel even more emotional.
I keep thinking about how life doesnāt really stop when we lose someone. We still have places to go, things to do, work, kids, and gatherings that were already planned. Sometimes those things feel really hard to step back into. I hate that I dread teaching yoga these next few weeks because I know Iāll be a crybaby and donāt want to have to explain. At the same time I donāt want people to worry about why Iām crying (if they didnāt know Jane), so I feel the need to explain.
Maybe we donāt have to wait until weāre okay. Maybe we can just show up as we are.
A sound bath doesnāt have to be about feeling relaxed or peaceful or āhealed.ā It can just be 75 minutes to be quiet. To breathe. To let whatever needs to come up, come up. To be surrounded by other people who are also carrying their own things.
So, Iām still holding this sound bath at Chapter Five Yoga. I think, especially right now, it feels like a pretty beautiful place to gather.
Sunday, October 18th @ noon
Come as you are. Seriously. Iāll be there, too.
As an ADHD entrepreneur and mama, slowing the F down does not come naturally to me.
Sound baths have become a place for me to regulate my nervous system, reconnect with my body, quiet the constant doing, and come back to myself.
A reminder that slowing down isnāt falling behind. Sometimes, itās exactly how we move forward.
Our next sound bath is in 2 days! https://www.littleapplemassagetherapy.com/sound-baths
She absolutely LOVES standing inside the Tibetan singing bowl feeling the vibrations move through her whole body.

My daughter is absolutely obsessed with the giant tuning fork from Earth Tuned, and Iām thrilled I captured this sweet moment during our last sound bath.
I also added some new instruments to my collection this week, and I canāt wait for you to experience them!
Save the date for the next sound bath on September 19th at 4 at Chapter Five Yoga. Come relax, reset, and immerse yourself in the sounds.
During the last sound bath, my daughter and I fell into the sweetest, most organic collaboration. I never asked her to follow me around, she simply decided to. I absolutely loved having her by my side. Then, when she began walking with the kenari beads, I followed her with the giant tuning fork. It was such a beautiful little moment of connection that I know Iāll treasure forever. These are the moments Iāll always hold close to my heart.
Our next sound bath is this Saturday at 4 PM at Chapter Five Yoga, and there are still a few spots left! https://www.littleapplemassagetherapy.com/sound-baths
During my last sound bath, my daughter joined me. Here she spent some time walking around with the ocean drum, gently creating sounds of the waves throughout the room while I played the crystal bowls. Watching her move through the space, listening, exploring, and being part of the experience in her own little way was such a beautiful moment for me. I love that sound healing has become something we can share. Not because I need her to love it the way I do, but because I get to invite her into a world that brings me so much peace and joy.
These little moments feel like the kind of memories Iāll carry with me forever. The sound of the ocean drum. Her little footsteps gently walking around the room. The feeling of sharing something meaningful with my girl.
Sometimes the most special moments are the ones we never planned. Iām so grateful I get to experience these with her.
My next sound bath is THIS Saturday, August 22nd @ 4pm at Chapter Five Yoga

Thereās something incredibly meaningful about watching your wee one slowly find their way into things that light you up.
When I first asked my daughter if she wanted to help with a sound bath, she answered with an excited yes. When her 1st opportunity came, she decided sheād rather read. I loved that too. So getting to see her finally join me and help with my July sound bath was a heart warming, full circle moment. A reminder that we donāt have to rush our children into our passions. Sometimes we simply make space and when theyāre ready, they come alongside us.
This one will always hold a special place in my heart.
If youāve been feeling called to slow down, reset, and receive some nourishing sound healing, Iād love to see you this Saturday at 4 PM at Chapter Five Yoga for our next sound bath.
Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.
