Cream background, terracotta to amber gradient on the headlines, white cards, your photo as a warm sepia tint on slide 1. The platform tiles stay in their own colors because that is what makes them readable at feed size.
The dark violet set still exists for LinkedIn if you want to run it there.

I stopped reformatting posts six weeks ago and I am never going back. 🙅♀️
One piece of content. Thirteen platforms. Every size, every ratio, every caption length, done before I have finished my coffee. ☕️
Here is what actually changed:
📌 I write once. Claude turns it into 4:5 for Instagram, 16:9 for YouTube, 9:16 for TikTok and Threads, 1:1 for LinkedIn and X, 2:3 for Pinterest.
📌 The whole month is planned in one sitting. 31 posts, scheduled, and I do not think about it again.
📌 Everything goes out at 8 PM daily. I am usually at dinner.
The part nobody tells you: the AI was not the hard part. The hard part was admitting I had spent two years resizing images by hand like it was 2015. 🫠
Swipe for the five step setup. About an hour the first time, then it just runs. →
💬 Comment SETUP and I will send you the exact instruction I give Claude to adapt one post for every platform.

🔑 Access is not who you know. It is what you notice.
Years ago I needed to grow, so I built a habit. 30 minutes every morning going through my own network, looking for one thing only.
Who had something change. 🔄
One morning I saw it. ⚡️ A client of ours, a C-level executive, had moved to a new company. And I knew that company well.
I asked him for five minutes. Not a meeting. Not a proposal. Five minutes. ⏳
He said yes. The next day his founders called us. 📞
A year later the company went public, and that one relationship brought roughly a billion dollars onto the platform. 💰
It started with noticing one line about someone I already knew.
Four things I took from it 👇
1️⃣ Change is the signal, not status. A new role, a raise, a sale, a board seat. Those are the only moments people reconsider who they work with, and the window closes fast. 🚪
2️⃣ Specific beats polite. Name the industry, the type of person, the reason. “Let me know if you know anyone” gets nothing. 🎯
3️⃣ Small asks get a yes. Five minutes is not a decision. A meeting is. ✅
4️⃣ Most of it goes nowhere. You need this to work a handful of times in a career, not every week. 🤷♀️
People spend fortunes buying their way into rooms. ✈️🥂 Meanwhile someone they already know just walked into the exact situation where they need help, and nobody is watching. 😶
Access is not a door someone opens for you. It is something you notice first. ✨
💬 Comment ACCESS and I will send you the one pager: the 9 changes to watch for, the exact five minute message, and the intro request that actually gets answered. 📄
You don’t need a new plan. You need new people.
Two hours at MIT with my co-founder Ilias Jumadilov. We sat down to work on one thing. We got up with five more. A startup we are already building. Hackathons. Summits. A content series we are shooting together.
None of it existed when we walked into that room.
This is the thing nobody tells you. You can work twice as hard in the wrong environment and produce half as much. Effort is not the variable. The people across the table are. One driven person takes your idea and shows you the second and third move you were never going to see alone, and they do it in an afternoon.
So if you want your life to look different a year from now, do not start with a new plan or a new app or a new morning routine. Start with who you spend your hours around. Find the people who are actually building something and get in the room with them. Everything else reorganizes itself after that.
Two hours. That is all it took.

A Harvard class built a working product in 30 minutes on Wednesday. I mentor in that program, so I watched the whole thing.
Three things worth stealing.
One. The stack was Claude to plan, Cursor to build. Nothing else. No engineer in the room.
Two. They spent seven minutes making AI write the full technical plan before a single line of code. That is why it worked. Skip the plan and AI hands you a mess you cannot debug.
Three. A founder there runs his AI agent at a fifth of what it should cost. Not better technology. Zero engineers in the US. If you are pricing AI work right now, that is who you are bidding against, and the number you lose to has nothing to do with the model.
I am in rooms like this most weeks. Harvard, MIT, founder tables, family offices. I post what actually got said, months before it shows up anywhere else.
Follow so you hear it first.
