We ensure client satisfaction, we are willing to listen and resolve any matter. It has been rare that we have ever heard that we do not do a good job. I know all of my service providers and personally hand picked everyone including my front desk. Training and daily check ins are made and I have not witnessed an unhappy client through the cameras and through observation. We put our best foot forward and offer beyond market expectations. From amenities, robes champagne, snacks, attention to care, there is no reason for anyone to leave us a 1 star, with names that are non traceable. Fake reviews will be investigated.
