Little Elm Apothecary

We didn’t just buy 17 acres in the Tennessee mountains. ❤️🌿

We chose a dream. A fresh start. A chance to slow down, grow our own food, raise our animals, and build a life that reflects what matters most to us.

We’re still living in our RV while we work toward building our home. Our garden is waiting to be cleared, our greenhouse is still a dream, and there’s so much work ahead of us.

But every little step reminds us how blessed we are to have this opportunity.

One day at a time. One dream at a time. Building a legacy for our family.

And we’re just getting started. 🍂❤️

Magnum out here strutting like he pays the mortgage. 😂🦆 Sir, you contribute absolutely NOTHING to this homestead! 😂

There are people that talk and there are people that do. We are doers! We’ve been handed some crazy lines about how we just can’t do all that we say we’re going to do, and we’re showing them. We don’t just talk, we show action.

Our homestead experience isn’t about diving in head first and doing it all. It’s about learning through the process and growing as we go. Everyone is on their own journey and growing at their own pace. There’s no right or wrong way to do it, as long as you learn and grow.

I bring the ideas. He brings the muscles. 😂 Somehow, we’ve built an entire homestead this way. ❤️🌱🐓🐇

This one made the cut!✂️

We looked at so many properties all over Tennessee, Kentucky, and Alabama. So many agricultural lands that were subdivided with no trees in sight. Now, we have trees and trees and trees! It’s perfection!

Rule #37: Don’t stop until you’re done. And believe me… we were DONE. 😂🔥

So that escalated quickly! 😂🐇

We started with two Silver Fox does… then brought home a Rex buck. So I guess we’re rabbit people now. 😂🐇 Our goal is meat, beautiful pelts, and eventually raising our own breeding So that escalated quickly! 😂🐇

Woohoo!
It felt like forever! But, we are finally living on our land! We love living here. It feels like home. ❤️🏡

Keep following to stay with us on our journey, as we set up our homestead and small businesses.
