What if the land itself was the medicine, the healer? šæš§š„
Aotearoa New Zealand pulses with a living spiritual intelligence that flows through its blue green rivers and volcanic lakes, rises in geothermal steam from the earthās interior, settles into the roots of colossal kauri trees who have witnessed centuries. Its greenstone ā pounamu ā is a stone of power, protection, and healing that the MÄori people have honored for generations. and rests in the pounamu that MÄori healers have carried as sacred medicine across generations.
When you arrive as a practitioner ā with trained hands, an open to spirit, and the lineage of Lomi Lomi moving through you ā something extraordinary begins to happen. The healing isnāt just what you do on the table. Itās the sharing across dimensional spaces where you ancestors-tÄ«puna, the healing traditions you carry begin to resonate within connection all lands and seas through the wakaās canoe journey of time The work deepens beyond anything a training room can hold.

Hoāoponopono with the tÄ«puna. Daily immersion in the wairua through ceremony, meditation, and elemental practice. Sacred sites. Geothermal soaks. MÄori cultural immersion. Is that spirit⦠or is that fear disguised as spiritās voice? šļø
We mistake a moment of panic for divine no all the time ā and call it discernment. But spirit never freezes.
Swipe through the difference between your unihipili (the scared child), your uhane (the over-explaining parent), and your aumakua ā the higher self thatās always been clear. šŗ
When we back away from our gifts, we donāt just say no to ourselves ā we say no to our lineage, our clients, and the spirit waiting to move through us.
Stop gathering. Start implementing. š¤
What if you stopped deciding how your dream has to happen?
When Kumu Jeana envisioned creating the retreat center of her dreams, her own self-talk told her it could take another 10 years.
She couldnāt see where the money would come from. She couldnāt see the path that would get her there.
But she was encouraged to stop focusing on the how and instead keep envisioning the energy flowing toward her in miraculous ways.
So she began a daily practice.
She imagined herself sitting in the flow of joyous abundance.
She envisioned the four winds of success coming toward her ā from the north, south, east and west ā bringing her highest good.
She imagined her life, body, family and affairs in divine order and alignment.
And she opened herself to receiving abundance in ways she couldnāt yet see.
Sometimes our vision is bigger than the path we can currently imagine.
The invitation is to notice when your own self-talk is putting limits on what might be possible.
⨠If you stopped worrying about HOW it would happen, what would you allow yourself to envision?

Legends are often rooted in true events. In South Africa, a Zulu elder once told me: "We know Maui. We call him Mauwela the one who crosses over to ocean.
He came from Libya ā a great warrior and navigator who pulled the islands from the sea." It's a story told across Polynesia ā and it's really about wayfinding.
Look up at night and you'll see Manaiakalani, the fishhook-shaped constellation (Scorpius).
Voyaging by the stars, the first thing you'd see approaching land is the tip of a mountain rising from the horizon ā that's the legend, in real life.
HoŹ»omana is a living classroom ā ancient healing, sacred sites, ho'oponopono passed down through oral tradition. Storytelling is how we remember. āØ

You are responsible for your Bowl of Light.
There comes a moment when we remember that we donāt have to live according to the judgement of others.
When we are aligned with our true spirit ā with what feels pure, true and pono for us ā we can choose to step forward.
Beyond the fear.
Beyond the overwhelm.
Beyond worrying about what others might think.
And sometimes, when we do, a whole new world opens in front of us ā one we simply couldnāt see while everything was clouded by fear and judgement.
This is part of the wisdom within the parable of the Bowl of Light.
Your bowl is yours to tend.
No matter what has happened or what has been placed within it along the way, you have the responsibility ā and the power ā to care for it, tend to it and clear what no longer belongs.
So that your light can shine through again.
⨠What stones are you carrying in your Bowl of Light right now and are ready to release?

Ho'omana Lomi Lomi Comes to the Mainland
Have you been wanting to learn lomi lomi?
Maybe it's been on your dreamboard since a short course in massage school. Maybe you saw that flowing, forearm stroke on YouTube and pictured yourself becoming part of this ancient rhythm. Maybe you've always wanted to learn Hawaiian culture and practice, but haven't had the time or resources to travel all the way across the Pacific.
I have good news for you.
This December, I'm bringing lomi lomi to the mainland. December 6ā12, I'll be in Utah to share Hawaiian lomi lomi fundamentals and lomi Ź»iliŹ»ili ā hot stone therapy.
You'll learn a full-body technique. The history of lomi lomi, and the lineage of elders who carried this work forward before us. HoŹ»oponopono for healers. And how to administer a full lomi lomi sequence using heated lava stones ā to melt tension, address injury, and restore circulation to the body.
Why hot stones? They transform and transmute energy. The heat penetrates into the tissue and lets you go deeper than a client could normally tolerate ā offering a different pathway to interrupt the pain cycle keeping those muscles in spasm. The stone becomes an extension of your hands. And because our bodies carry the same mineral substance as the earth, people often feel safer receiving from a stone than they do from hands alone ā it opens the door for them to release what they've been carrying.
Come learn with us. Join us in Utah. šŗš„

āSometimes the most powerful release begins when we stop pushing and start listening.ā
This is especially true when working with the psoas.
Because it lies deep within the body, our instinct can be to believe that deeper pressure will create a deeper release.
But in Lomi Lomi, we approach it differently.
Rather than forcing the tissue to let go, we use breath, gradual pressure and deep listening to work with the body instead of against it.
The question becomes less:
How deeply can I get into this muscle?
And more:
What does this body need in order to soften?
Sometimes the answer isn't more pressure.
It's more presence. šŗ

Where your thoughts go, your energy flows.
How often do we give our mana to the very thing we donāt want?
We replay the hurt.
We repeat the story.
We tell ourselves what went wrong, what was done to us, why we canāt move forward.
And each time we return to that story, we give it more of our attention. More of our energy. More of our mana.
As Auntie Mahi taught:
Where your thoughts go, energy flows.
This isnāt about denying what happened or pretending difficult experiences donāt matter.
Itās about remembering that your pain is not the entirety of who you are.
There is also your light.
Your strength.
Your possibility.
Your power.
And when you reconnect with that, you get to choose where your mana flows next.
⨠What are you ready to stop feeding with your energy?
