Knot & Knead Studio

Your body has a funny way of telling you when it's had enough. 👀

Tight shoulders, headaches, stress, trouble sleeping… sound familiar?

Sometimes we get so used to feeling tense that we forget it's not supposed to be our normal.

Take care of your body before it starts demanding your attention! 🖤

Massage • Heat • Heal.

If your back hurts, your neck is stiff, and everybody's getting on your nerves… sounds like you need to come see me. 🤣💆‍♀️

I've got a few spots open this week, so come let me fix what I can. The rest might require a vacation and a new identity. 😂🖤

October is for ghosting things that no longer serve us. 👻😂

And yes… that includes apologizing for not shaving before your massage. I promise, we do not care. 😂

What are we adding to the ghost list? 👀👻

Congrats Micah!! 🎉💪 You earned it!!

Huge congratulations to Micah Carter for taking 1st place in our Back-to-School Weight Loss Challenge🔥

Over 10 weeks, Micah lost an incredible 11.63% of his body weight, finishing at 41 pounds gone! That’s what consistency and hard work look like👏

Shoutout to Brittany Drake at Knot and Knead for helping reward Micah with recovery massages as his prize! 🙌 We appreciate you supporting our members and their hard work!

Way to go, Micah! We’re proud of you! 💙

Okayyy… I have an idea 👀

I'm thinking about starting RECOVERY FRIDAYS at Knot & Knead 🖤

A couple hours every Friday where you can stop in — no massage appointment needed — and get a little recovery in before the weekend.

🔥 Infrared Sauna
🔴 Red Light Therapy
🦵 Compression Boots

Come in. Pick your recovery. Get your 20 minutes in. Go on about your Friday. 😂

Would y'all actually use this?!

Drop a 🙋🏼‍♀️ or tell me which one you'd pick 👇🏼

Pick your time.
Show up.
Let me handle the knots.
🖤

I’m back and ready to get these knots handled. 🙌🏼

Here’s what I’ve got open for next week!

📲 Grab your spot while it’s open 🖤

September showed up QUICK. 🍂

New month. New knots. Same girl digging elbows into your problems. 😂🙌🏼

Just a little reminder — I’m heading OUT for vacation Sept. 4–11 ✌🏼🌴

So if you’ve been saying “I need to book a massage”…
this is me telling you to QUIT SAYING IT & BOOK IT. 😂

See y’all on the table. 🖤

August wore me OUT. 😂

If you’re walking into September with:
• tight shoulders
• a stiff neck
• a bad attitude
• and one last nerve…

Come see us. 😂🙌🏼

Let’s work those August knots out before September starts acting up.
