I endeavor to be a human vessel for compassion, love, and healing—imperfect, learning, and always becoming. I honor the beauty of every life journey: the seasons of growth, aging, change, and renewal.
I am reminded that time is precious, love is the greatest gift, and presence is a sacred offering. During my recent time away, and as I transition back to my practice, I am fortunate to be connecting with all the precious people who ground me, remind me of what matters and support me in living with greater presence and gratitude.
I return to my practice with a renewed heart, carrying the wisdom of those I love and the lessons this journey has given me. As I care for others, I honor my own spirit with tenderness. I strive to offer my healing presence not from perfection, but from a place of deep humanity, authenticity, grace, and love.

I recently had the opportunity to attend the S4OM 2026 Oncology Massage and Esthetics Virtual Healing Summit. I gained valuable insights from leaders in the field.

Highlights included:
Exploring collaboration, sustainability, and advocacy in oncology massage.

Advancing knowledge in head and neck cancer care while building clinical confidence.

Deepening my understanding of the lymphatic system and strengthening clinical skills.

Rethinking traditional approaches to scar tissue and fibrosis

Continuing education in oncology massage remains incredibly important to me. Each experience leaves me feeling energized, enriched, and empowered to better support those in my care.

A small gift to each of my clients today..
and a reminder… stepping outside, breathing in fresh air, and taking a moment for yourself isn’t a luxury, it’s something your mind and body genuinely need. Earth Day is a great excuse to reconnect with that, but honestly, it matters just as much every other day too. A short walk, a stretch in the sun, even a few deep breaths outside can reset more than you think.
Happy Earth Day
