When I started the Bravenly products, I did not know that I would need them so much to be able to sleep each night. I had joined the Bravenly products because it was a great fit for my business, but it had been a life saver for me. A few months ago, I started having pain in my neck and left shoulder. I would go and get massages and go to the chiropractor and even started having acupuncture. My arm just kept getting worse. So I finally went to the Orthopedic doctor and had x-rays and MRI and on neck and shoulder to make sure that I didn't have rotator tear in my shoulder. When I go to bed the pain in my shoulder is unbearable. I have a bulging disc that is pinching my nerve that is causing the pain in my left shoulder all down my arm. Every night before bed I put the Gold powder stick and my drift in protein shake. It helps me sleep. I just started adding the calm for better sleep. The doctor asked me what I was taking for pain and I told him ibuprofen and Bravenly products to sleep. I will have a procedure to help my pinched nerve hopefully to avoid having neck surgery.
