Revenue can make you feel successful. Profit tells you how successful you really are.

Let's make this distinction simple:
Revenue = money coming into your business.
Profit = what remains after your business expenses are paid.

And that difference matters.
You can have impressive revenue and still have disappointing profit.

That's why simply asking:
“How much did my business make?”
isn't enough.

You also need to ask:
“How much did my business keep?”
That one question can completely change the way you look at your business.

Your business is making money—but do you know where the money is going?

“Where is my money going?”
If you can't answer that question, it may be time to take a closer look at your expenses.

Start by separating your expenses into categories:
✔️ Fixed expenses
✔️ Variable expenses
✔️ Product costs
✔️ Labor
✔️ Marketing
✔️ Technology
✔️ Administrative expenses

Once you can see where the money is going, you can begin identifying where adjustments may improve profitability.
You can't improve what you haven't examined.

“Busy Does NOT Always Mean Profitable.”

🚨 Your skincare business can be BUSY and still not be profitable.

You don't have to fix everything at once.

The first step is identifying what's actually happening inside your business.
Then you can determine what needs attention first.
Clarity creates direction.
Direction creates action.
And action creates progress.
