Chyann’s Weight Loss Story ✨:

When I started my weight loss journey in March of 2025, I weighed 230 pounds. I started on the lowest dose of tirzepatide and made the decision that I wanted to completely change my lifestyle along with it.

I started going to the gym at least 3 days out of the week and spent a lot of time walking. Eventually, I started incorporating strength training and lifting weights, which became such an important part of my journey. Building muscle helped me work towards maintaining a stronger body while losing weight.

Over the course of about a year, I lost 100 lbs - but honestly, the biggest transformation wasn’t just the number on the scale.

My relationship with food completely changed. I used to eat mostly junk food and fast food, and I never would have imagined myself genuinely enjoying vegetables and prioritizing protein. My palate has changed tremendously, and now I actually love the foods that support my health and goals.

The journey didn’t end when I reached my goal weight. I’ve maintained my weight for months, I still consistently go to the gym. I continue to prioritize protein and nutritious foods, and I’ve learned how to make healthy choices that actually feel sustainable for me.

This journey has taught me that weight loss isn’t just about losing weight - it’s about creating habits, building strength, changing your relationship with food, and becoming and healthier version of yourself along the way. 🤍
