Maybe choosing peace means saying goodbye to a lot of things.
The version of you who was constantly exhausted.
The woman who said “I’m fine” when she absolutely wasn’t.
The guilt. The people-pleasing. The pressure to have it all together.
The idea that feeling terrible is just something you have to accept as you get older.
And sometimes… it means saying goodbye to the version of you who forgot what it felt like to actually feel good ❤️
That’s a big part of why I do what I do at Inova.
Hormones aren’t about chasing perfection or becoming someone you’re not. They’re about understanding your body, listening to what it’s telling you, and finding ways to feel more like YOU again.
And let’s be real… life is messy.
I’m a mom, a wife, a business owner, and a woman navigating life right along with everyone else. I don’t have it all figured out 😂
But I do believe you deserve to feel heard.
You deserve answers.
And you deserve to feel good in your own skin.
Sometimes choosing yourself comes with a lot of goodbyes. And honestly? Some of them are worth it 💛
