✨ Hi!!! I’m Emily, the owner and artist behind Color Collectiv Studio! I wanted to reintroduce myself and welcome you to my creative space! I’m so glad you’re here ✨

I have a passion for natural highlights, lived in color, color correction and enhancing the beauty you already have. I love co-creating visions for your look with you, helping you achieve the goals you have while maintaining the integrity and longevity of your hair. I specialize in hand painted highlights, foiling and transformative color corrections.

After 15+ years in the industry, I’ve found that the relationships I’ve built with my clients is so much more than hair. It’s trust, honesty and integrity. We spend a lot of time together, sharing about life and our inner worlds. My hope is to always make you feel understood, seen and heard. Not just with your hair, but within your heart too. My salon is a safe and sacred place for you to be any version of yourself you need to be.

Outside of the salon I’m a mother, a multi-medium artist, an adventurer and a friend. Lately I’ve realized how full and beautiful my life truly is and I’m learning to find balance in all areas. Motherhood has been my main focus the past few years and will always come above all, but my salon and my passion for hair is a close second.

Anyone who sits in my chair is more than a client, you are part of my tribe. It’s not just about how you look, but how you feel. Thank you for being here and giving me the opportunity to add to the beauty that’s already within you! Whether you are a regular client, have sat in my chair once or are following for beautiful content, I’m eternally grateful for you. You add so much value to my world!

My first session with this beautiful gem of a human!!!! Sheridan had almost no color in her hair when we began and this is the first step to being brighter and blonder!!!! It’s always such a pleasure to get to work with new clients (especially with the perfect starting point) but this girls personality just touched my soul. Knowing you have everything within you and no matter what happens, no matter the challenges you face you are worthy of love because you’re a human being. It’s choosing yourself in every moment. It’s knowing where love cannot be found and walking away because you love yourself more. Self love is not forced - when you have released all the shackles of your pain and you have broken patters and surrendered to the unknown, you rise up like a Phoenix to honor and cherish yourself you BECOME love. Love flows freely through you and you exude pure intimacy. You being authentically yourself, showing up in the world that way and honoring ALL of who you are is what encompasses self love. When you find this peace you will take every experience for what it is - a gift - and they no longer define you and your worthiness but become part of your growth and teach you to love yourself more and more. You know that what is for you will be for you and what is not for you has served it’s purpose and you get to receive what you needed and keep moving forward. Nothing happens out of coincidence, everything is teaching you how to vibrate on a higher level and love yourself in every moment of you getting this human experience.

I have finally met my beautiful soul. I’ve learned she has lived in so many forms and is transcending through me and all I am is her vessel. I’m falling so in love with whoever she has shown up as, I get to love her in this lifetime and give her everything she needs. All the pain I’ve had to experience was never for me to live a life of pain but to find purpose. I get to live abundantly and attract whatever is in store for me. Everything that I have had to walk away from or that has been removed from me is opening the path for my beautiful soul to find her way. She is my guide

It means everything that you not only trust me with your hair, but all the parts of your life. I am here to uplift you physically and spiritually and create a safe space for you to be exactly who you are. I’m so grateful for this opportunity in my life and I wouldn’t have it any other way!! You all make it possible and I can’t tell you how much I love you all!

These pictures 💯 deserve a permanent spot on the grid. I’m so lucky I get to be a mom 🥹 I wouldn’t be the woman I am today without this tiny human and I love the person I am because of him. I don’t have it all together, I am soooooo far from perfect but I couldn’t be more grateful for all the ups and downs because it gives me the strength I need to keep pushing every day. My son will never have to know the hurt and pain I have endured because he will be loved so deeply by his father and I. I’m so proud of the parents we are and the effort we put in every day to prepare him for the real world. But can he stay this small for a little longer? He’s about to outgrow my lap and I’m not okay right now.
